| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，自閉症スペクトラム症のある青年期の子どもを持つ親を対象に，親子関係の補強に主眼を置いたペアレント・トレーニングプログラムの効果を検証することであった。プログラムでは親に対し，自閉スペクトラム症の特性や青年期の子どもに合わせた指示の出し方ならびに褒め方について心理教育を行った。また，親はホームワークを行い，子どもへの効果的な対応方法を探った。さらに，親は自分の子育てと子どもの特性について親同士で意見交換を行った。その結果，親は子どもの意図や特性に応じて対応し，子どもが納得するような指示やほめ方ができるようになった。親子関係は良好になり，子どもの外在化行動や内在化行動ならびに親の精神状態は概ね改善された。今後，ペアレント・トレーニングのスタッフを養成し，思春期特有の問題解決に対する親のニーズに応えていく必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of a parent training program focused on strengthening the parent-child relationship for parents of adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. In order to respond appropriately to their children, we provided them psychoeducation about the trait of autism spectrum disorders and how to give directions and praise tailored to adolescents. In addition, parents explored effective ways to respond to their children in their homework assignments. Furthermore, parents exchanged views on their parenting and children’s trait. It was revealed that parents were able to respond to their children's intentions and traits, and were able to give directions and praise in a way that was acceptable to their children. The parent-child relationship improved extremely, and the children's externalizing and internalizing behaviors and the parents' mental state generally improved. We suggest the needs to train staffs of parent training, and meet the parents’ need to solve problems specific to adolescents from now on. | |||||
