| 内容記述 | This research project aims to gain a qualitative understanding of the informal health-related knowledge that rural women in Nepal pass down through their daily practices involving local medicinal plants. The study seeks to promote rural women's access to information by utilizing radio broadcasting, creating community-based health learning opportunities and developing health learning activities led by women themselves. Surveys revealed the remarkable depth of rural women's herbal knowledge, prompting the creation of a radio programme titled “Hamro Pahal 2” (＝Our Initiative). This programme raised widespread awareness of the importance of herbal conservation and the value of informally transmitted knowledge, having a significant impact. | |||||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究は，ネパールの農村女性らが地域の薬草を用いた日常的実践を通して継承するインフォーマルな健康にまつわる知見を質的に把握することを念頭に，ラジオ放送を活用した「情報へのアクセス」の促進と地域を拠点にした健康学習の機会を創造すること，さらに，女性が主体となる健康学習活動の展開を目指すものである。調査を通じて農村女性らの薬草にまつわる豊かな知識に驚かされ，Hamro Pahal 2”（Our Initiative）と題するラジオ放送番組を制作，実施した。放送番組は薬草の保全やインフォーマルに継承されてきた知識の重要性について，広く地域社会に伝えることとなった。 | |||||||
